Miracles in Mexico

Well happy Tuesday everybody!!                                                                                       Oct. 22, 2018  Guess what? I got transferred! I couldn't write yesterday because I was traveling all day long. I went from one extreme of the mission to another! I am now in Acayucan, Veracruz. About 5 hours from Villa, 8 hours from Carmen. I am back in the jungle!!!!!!!!! Hermana Acela and her family have been so good to me. I love them!!! Goodbye to Wiberth, Isabela, and Ricardo!!! :( So so Hard! I am with Hermana Garcia, she is from Hidalgo. (México) I am so excited to get to know this area and get lost and meet new people and just be a missionary. Happy Monday!                                                                                                                    Oct. 15,2018  It has just been the greatest week. God answers prayers and blesses us beyond our wildest dreams.  First: divisions! I went out on Tuesday/Wednesday with Hna. Genis (she is from the generation of Hna. Hebertson). She is in the Barrio Universidad, on the other side of Carmen. It was great to switch it up for a day! We got to teach an amazing family. Absolutely amazing. October 8th, 2018 Happy Monday! What a week! It was full of conferences. We had zone conference this week, it was great! Can't believe how quickly the time is flying by. We actually talked a lot about time in zone conference. This transfer, 21 missionaries are finishing their misisons (a huge group!) and they are all great missionaries. A few of them were there in the conference, and they bore their testimonies. It was so powerful to hear them, and even more powerful because it was coupled with their great examples in the mission. Thanks for the Birthday Package Grandma and Roe, Mom and Dad!!! I also lived in the church house for 2 days but hey, they have AC there so it was pretty great. Jokes, I didn't live there, but it felt like it. General conference was amazing! All of the messages were inspired by God, and the Spirit testified to each and every one! October 1, 2018 Hola, happy Monday and happy October! Don't know how it's already October, my mental clock is still a few months behind. Well, as always, this week was a week full of adventures. I'll share a couple of fun points at the end. It's like a treat for reading that far. haha Love these sweet sisters!!! This week was super great because I got to my favorite part in "Jesus the Christ", the chapters on the Atonement of Jesus Christ. I am filled with gratitude, love, and joy as I read about the Lord in Gethsemane, on the cross, and emerging triumphant from the tomb. Something called my attention. There is a scripture from Matthew 27:40 here: "If thou be the Son of God, come down from the cross." In the midst of complete agony and loneliness, Satan hurled the final shaft. The final mad attempt to trick the Savior into utilizing His divinity for something other than the Father's will. That awful "if" no doubt...
