April 22, 2019 Happy Monday! Good news, we are on the 2nd and final week of vacations down here, so you know what that means! People will be home! haha. And less parties!  This week was just a great week. We got to have zone conference on Friday, which was super fun but I was lowkey trying to avoid the fact that it was my last one! Until Presidente made me bear my testimony at the end. So yeah. But it was great to see some friends and learn new things!  I said to Elder Baugh after zone conference, "See ya at home!" Guys, I am just constantly amazed by how kind everybody is. I mean, we always find a little bit of everything down here, but I just wanted to share a cute story today! We are teaching somebody named María Elena, who is 83, and her son José. They are super great, and are progressing along very well. April 15, 2019 Happy Monday everybody! I don't know how it is even possible that time continues to fly by so fast.  I don't have that much time today, but I did want to experience a small little experience that we had this week! This week we have been working like crazy with the members and friends to meet new people that would like to change their lives through the gospel. One night, we were teaching the most adorable kid, Ernesto. And we asked him if he could present us with any of his friends that live in the same apartment building. He got so excited and practically ran out the door to go and find his friends. We went with 3 of them, one wasn't home, the others didn't want anything, and the last one were walking out of their house. We met them, (the parents) and put an appointment for a couple of days later. Their names a Wilbert, Martha, and Carlos. March 25, 2019 Happy Monday! How is everybody doing? I hope you are all great. We are enjoying the work down here in Coatza.  This past Sunday was a very special day. (yesterday) Luis, just the sweetest person ever, got baptized! He is such an amazing person, I feel honored to have been able to met him and worked with him. This is a special story. Luis got baptized!!! What a beautiful day it was! Luis is a long time friend de la familia Bolaños. Gisel is in our ward, she is a great Sister. Luis lives at her brother's house, Tino. Oftentimes we eat there with the entire family. As we have worked with Luis, we have been working towards his baptism. We, without knowing, put his date for the 24th. The 24th is actually the anniversary of Miriam's death, the little sister of Gisel. When we told Gisel and her family about Luis and his baptism, they all got so excited! They said that they were so nervous about what they were going to do that day, they didn't want to mope...

April 8, 2019 Happy Monday everybody!! I hope that everybody got to see general conference this past weekend, it was amazing! I love getting to listen to the Prophet. President Russell M. Nelson truly is a prophet of God. Guess what? Today is the first day of my final transfer. Don't ask me how that happened. That came way too fast! Hermana Benavides got transferred to Carmen, I will miss her a bunch! I loved being her companion. She is a wonderful missionary. And, how many grandmas get to be companions with their grandchildren? Not many! Hermana Benavides and I had a great time, she's a wonderful missionary! And who gets to be companion with their granddaughter!!! Not too many ! HAPPY APRIL EVERYBODY!                                                                                      April 1, 2019 Well, this transfer is rolling to an end. On to the final week! Can't believe how quickly it flew by, but it was great. Good things happen when we do good things, ya know?  Something that I really liked from this week was Sunday! We had a good week, but it was kinda one of those weeks where we walked a lot and then walked some more because nobody was home or nobody had time. We got a kick out of it on Saturday, we had put an appointment for nearly every hour of the afternoon, and called and confirmed with the people. But, they somehow managed to not be home.
