December 17, 2018 Happy Monday again! Oh my lanta, next week is Christmas!! Woohooooo! I am super stoked. I love Christmas, I love celebrating the birth of our Savior. I love Him. December 10,2018 Well, the Christmas season is in full swing! Today I wanted to write just a couple of things that I have seen lately or experienced that are special or a little strange during this time of year down here. Enjoying lunch together! First, people are hardcore celebrating the Virgin. So they are carrying around a painting or representation of her around and singing. Looks cool but it is also apostasía. sooo yeah.  Hna Randall from Cache Valley! Her grandparents used to own the Skating Rink in Logan!!! Also, everybody is drinking atole which is the best thing ever. Just drank some last night, and oh man. Love that stuff. It is like another version of hot chocolate, but better? Jk, I can't say that. But it is good! What a great group of women! There is no snow. But it has been raining a bit, so I guess we will have to settle for that.  And we are enjoying life! So everything is great. December 3, 2018 Oh my lanta happy December everybody! And happy transfers! Not much happened with me this cambio, Hermana García and I are staying together out here in Acayucan! Woohoo! However, we are the only companionship that didn't have cambios. haha we survived the cambios! My stocking is filling up!!! I got Tay's Christmas gift!!! My Christmas tree all lit up! I hope everybody could see/will be able to see the Christmas Devotional from Sunday evening, it was fantastic. I loved every moment of it. Nothing better to put ya in the Christmas mood. I also had the very special privilege of being able to bring Ivan, a recent convert, along with us. We have been visiting him all this last cambio, but he hasn't come to church. He is wonderful! Just has a heart of gold. But it is hard for him. So we passed by about half an hour before the devotional and he was like, "Yeah, I will see you guys there!"
