Are you listening?
Hello family and friends, Nov. 12, 2018
Let's be real, this was one of the bestest weeks ever. God loves each one of his children, He hears and answers prayers, and, as said in the conference for all the members in México on Sunday, "He only guides our steps when we move our feet." (hermana michelle craig)
Finally, we took a sunday stroll on the backroads and were absolutely in love with it. Nature is amazing, it is so obvious that God created all of this. The beautiful feeling of peace settled over us and we just breathed it in. God answers prayers, loves all of us, and is waiting to bless us. As we continue to work hard we will reap what we sow. I love you all! Have a great week!

Ok, this is what happened.
First off, María de Jesús (I sent of pic with her and 2 other youth a couple of weeks ago) and her family are adorable and we have been teaching them for a couple of weeks. On Friday, we weren't planning on it, but we visited with them really quickly. We invited them to a noche de hogar we were going to have in the evening. They said ok, but I never really believe people when they say that haha. As we were walking to the next appointment I offered up a quick prayer, because something told me to remember that God hears our prayers. My prayer basically consisted of: are you listening? Please help María and her family to remember the activity.
At the activity, we were just about to start, and suddenly, in walks María, her sister Dana, and her mom and dad! God hears and answers prayers.

Second, we were waking down the street and someone yells, "Hermanas! Hermanas!" I see this guy, about 22 years old, and I ask Hermana Garcia if she knows him. She didn't. He comes over with these 2 little kids, (his neice and nephew) and says, "Hey, I am from Saltillo, I served a mission in Costa Rica. Just got home in January." We start chatting and he´s like, "Hey, you want references?" And proceeds to tell us to take out our agendas and gives us a bunch of names of his family here. Turns out, his cousins are recent converts that we are visiting! We kept walking and he yelled at us again, "Hermanas! Quieren bolis?" I said ohhhh yes. Bolis are my favorite. It is a mix between ice cream and snow cones, but in a bag. #classicMéxico

Sunday we had an appointment with an inactive family we are visiting. They came to the conf on Sunday so we were super stoked to chat with them about it. They live pretty far away, but we got there and had our lesson and everything. They told us of an awesome experience they had that same day! I guess they had forgotten that we had an appointment lined up with them, so they were actually going to leave. The Grandma decided to stay, because something told her to. Her granddaughter also felt this, but got into the taxi with her mom and started to leave. But she felt that she should stay, even though she didn't know why! So she told the taxi to stop and got out on the corner and walked back to her house. A little while after, we showed up! She was so happy to see us! They testified to us that they had listened to the Spirit, and they were able to receive us as a result. The Lord listens to our prayers and knows every single plan we have in our little agenda. He is working to help up complete with those plans.
