Happy Monday everybody! This week was a busy busy week which is just the best. There were so many awesome and crazy things that happened that as we were trying to figure out what we were going to say to our families today, I had no clue where to start! So I guess I will have to tell you guys about the stuff that most recently happened. :)

Yesterday was Sunday and it is my favorite day. Varinia and her family came to church again, as well as Cornelio! So great to be with them, they are progressing great. We went in the evening with Varinia and had a great lesson. Pretty intense. And with them, the Spirit is always just so strong. I love this family so much. We were talking about bapstism, because Varinia is afraid. Of course, it is a big change. But vale la pena. And at the end of the lesson, they were about to give us a ride home, and she says, "It's like I've known you guys before." This really sank in, because this isn't the first time we have talked about this. They were telling us that they haven't gotten this far before with the missionaries, and that everything feels different. I know that everybody has their time, and this is their time. Who knows if they will take it, but it is their time.
I don't know if they will make these sacred covenants with God, but I do know that Hermana Miranda and I had to find this family. This is our family. This is my place.
| We learned to make Tamales,YAY! |
It is always worth it. It really is. Sometimes I start to feel tired or just want to curl up and not leave the house, but I remember (or the Spirit reminds me, más bien) that all this is worth it. Why? We are engaged in the work of the Almighty God. Ask Him about it.
I love you all! Good news, I learned how to make tamales today! It was a blast. Also atole and tortitas de elote. Super yummy. Don't worry, I took notes. We've gotta make it someday. Love you! Have a great week!
Love you all,
