Happy Monday! Feb.18,2018
Hope everyone is enjoying the snow! We are sweltering down here as usual. This past week consisted of a lot of walking, working, walking and working. Lucky for us the two go together perfectly!

First things first, shoutout to the Herzog fam! I was looking at a map of the area here and there is a street names Jesus Silva Herzog! Haha I showed my compa and she was like, "Herzog? Que tipo de nombre es eso?" And I was like, homie, the best kind of name. So be proud Herzog fam, Mexico named a calle after you!

Also, a few days ago our power went out. I was like, no manches, we need our power on to survive! We opened up the power box in the front room area and out fell a fat gecko. And our power came back on. He did it again the following night at 12:30. (We named him Luz, seemed fitting.) Some geckos just don't know when to stop.

One day we were planning everything out and had a gap in our day at about 4. We didn't know what to do, so we just planned to have a miracle at 4. Later on we were looking for a certain street that we weren't sure about. We ended up talking/contacting a woman named Mari. She was absolutely enamored about the idea of missionaries. We talked for a long time. By the time we left, it was 15 minutes past 4! Our miracle was right on schedule. We have eaten with her a couple of times, and she even offered up a space in her home for us to move into. Haha we ran into her in the street when we were walking home one evening in the Corregidora (our street) and she hugged and kissed us and told us to call her as soon as we got home. Bless her, she is like a long lost great-aunt or something.

| Miracles still occur in our day!!! |
I have loved getting to see how the Holy Ghost works with different people. We always ask how they feel after we talk about the first vision. They always say that they feel good, peace. I love watching their eyes during it. You can tell when they recognize it as the truth. These people are so ready. We are working hard tilling up the ground. One girl, se llama Ceclali, said the moment that we started explaining Jose Smith and the first vision, "So the true church is the one that Jose established?" Of course we went on to explain that it is actually Jesus Christ's church, and that Jose Smith was a prophet, but yeah, she was ready.
We are scheduled to have Isis baptized this Saturday! Getting excited. She is beyond ready. Already completed some expierences in faith, in her personal progress. Woohoo!
I love you all! God loves all His children un buen. He knows where, how, who, and why we are what we are. His timing is perfect. I can't understand it, but I can sure be grateful for it, verdad?
Hasta proxima semana!
Love you,
Hermana Roe
